Experience DMC offers destination management services, including but not limited to:

• Corporate and social event organization
• Personalized tours in Querétaro and San Miguel de Allende
• Hospitality and amenity services
• Unique tourism experience management
• Transportation and logistics services
• Coordination of specialized activities and programs

3. Reservations and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability. Payments must be made according to agreed terms:

• A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation
• Remaining payment must be made 7 days before the event
• We accept bank transfers and credit card payments
• Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy

4. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 7 days in advance: 90% refund
• Between 3-7 days in advance: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours: No refunds
• Cancellations due to weather conditions: Rescheduled at no additional cost

5. Limitation of Liability

Experience DMC will not be responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses due to events beyond our control
• Damage to personal property during events

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

6. Privacy and Personal Data

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which includes:

• Contact information to coordinate services
• Dietary and accommodation preferences
• Emergency data for your safety
• Information to personalize your experience

Your information will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

7. Intellectual Property

• Texts, images, and logos
• Website design and structure
• Tourism programs and experiences
• Promotional and marketing materials

• Will not affect already confirmed reservations
